GalMax 90 Cold Galvanising Paint
is a is a non-conductive weld through zinc-rich coating containing 90% zinc in dry film which protects clean steel in the same manner as hot dip galvanising, ie, by cathodic reaction. It gives exceptional long-term protection against rust and corrosion, and weathers to the same colour as normal galvanising.
With a guaranteed 99% zinc purity, GalMax™ 90 is supplied to a wide range of industries from marine to construction, and is ideally suited to touch-up welds and damaged structures or components. It is commonly used on marine and offshore rigs, during metal fabrication, for hot-dip gal repairs, and to rust proof bridges, cooling towers, fencing, piping, and metal roofing.
GalMax SG Silver 3-in-1 Galvanising Paint
GalMax™ SG Silver 3-in-1 Galvanising Paint gives exceptional premium protection against rust and corrosion, and weathers to the same colour as normal galvanising. It is fast drying and ideally suited to touch-up welds and damaged structures or components. SG Silver can also be used extensively in the maintenance and restoration of damaged or worn galvanised metal, and when used in combination with GalMax™ 90 Cold Galvanising Paint will offer long-term corrosion protection of steel and iron structures or equipment.

GalMaX ZPH Red Oxide Metal Primer
GalMax™ ZPH (Zinc Phosphate) Red Oxide Metal Primer is a high quality oil-based rust-resistant primer, ideal for use on non-galvanised, ferrous metals, such as iron and steel. Its corrosion resistant coloured oxide pigments protect surfaces from exposure to chemical fumes and extreme environmental conditions, such as excessive heat, humidity, rain, and wind.
ZPH is quick drying, and designed to provide a tough, durable, and smooth base coat that can be used directly over rusty surfaces. It is ideal for interior and exterior use, and can be over-coated with most conventional top coats. GalMax™ ZPH also offers extreme weather corrosion protection for farm equipment, fences, structural steel, pipes, field machinery, and storage tanks, and when applied as a base coat over rusty surfaces, will inhibit the spread of any further corrosion.
