Shipping
For Perth metro deliveries, we use either our own delivery staff/vehicles or Logiwest Parcels as best suited.
We also ship via Australia Post for Australia wide shipment for items within Australia post’s size & weight guidelines.
Shipping Times
We endeavour to ship every order as soon as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on the courier and shipment method.
During these current times and shipping delays, we ship via Australia Post Express where ever possible for quicker delivery.
- Perth Metropolitan: 1-3 working days.
- Australia wide: 14-30 working days.
- Express shipment: 4-7 working days.
Warranty
If you have a warranty issue with any product you buy online from us, please contact us immediately. It will be your responsibility and expense to return the product to us for assessment. We will not send replacement products before we receive the returned product.
If the product is found to have been damaged through misuse or no fault is found your original product will be sent back to you.
Should the product be found to be faulty then we will either arrange repairs of the product or dispatch a replacement product to you at our expense.
Returns
If for some reason, the product you purchase from us is not suitable for your requirements, please contact us by e-mail: enquiries@arciwelding.com.au or by Telephone: (08)9242 5041 to discuss returning the item(s) for refund or exchange. We will only consider items for return if they are in their original packaging, unopened and suitable for resale.
